Orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days.
We offer free FedEx Ground shipping within the continental US. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. If you need it faster, you can select two business day for $9.
FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.
DON'T LOVE IT? RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE AND EASY WITH PRE-PRINTED LABELS
Bernardo Fashions is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. Merchandise must be unworn unwashed and have all tags attached. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Returns received after the 30-day return period are accepted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted may be refunded in the form of a store credit for the item’s current selling price. Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
HOW TO RETURN
1. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL ENCLOSING THE PACKING SLIP
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the packing slip.
2. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA ON THE PARCEL
On the packing slip you will see a return shipping label, which you should attach to your parcel.

3. SEND THE ITEM
Please use the prepaid shipping label included in your shipment.
We do not accept any return after 30 days from ship date.
RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL STORES
Merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
