AN IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE 

It may take longer than usual to process orders at this time of year, in addition to Covid-19 continuing to effect states across the country. Please place your order by December 15th for timely holiday delivery! 

Your order will still arrive within the specified timeframe and we’ll email you when it’s on its way! 

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping and free USPS returns within the continental US.

Orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days. In addition to order processing time, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. 
FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

Bernardo Fashions is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. If you have any issues with the return process, please email support@bernardo-usa.com
HOW TO RETURN
1. COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE ONLINE RETURNS FORM BELOW
You will need to access your order info to complete the form. Print out your packing slip and return shipping label.
2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL ENCLOSING THE PACKING SLIP
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose your printed packing slip.
3. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA ON THE PARCEL
Cut out your USPS shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, facing up. Please make sure to remove any old shipping labels and seal your package completely.
4. SHIP THE ITEM
Drop your package off at any USPS office. Please note, we do not accept any return after 30 days.
