    Free Shipping & Returns

    Bernardo is dedicated to your satisfaction and we have a simple, streamlined return process! We offer FREE returns and exchanges up to 15 days from shipping date.

    After 15 days from shipping date returns and exchanges are $9.95. This will automatically be deducted from the total of your original order.We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from shipping date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Everything you need to know

    1 You will need to access your order info to complete the form. Print out your packing slip and return shipping label.
    2 Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose your printed packing slip.
    3 Cut out your USPS shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, facing up. Please make sure to remove any old shipping labels and seal your package completely.
    4 Drop your package off at any USPS office.

    FOR ORDERS UNDER $70,
    SHIPPING IS $9.95

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In addition to order processing time, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.

    *FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

    Where do you ship?

    We currently only ship within the continental US.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders placed with FedEx Ground Shipping are processed within 1-2 business days. In addition to order processing time, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Our team makes it a priority to ship your order out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.

    How do I track my order?

    After your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking details.

    Where can I find my order number?

    This will be sent in an email immediately after completing checkout. If you are unable to locate it please reach out to support@bernardo-usa.com.

    Where do I print a return label or is it in included in the box?

    Once you visit the link above and enter your email address and order number this will prompt you to print your packing slip and prepaid return-shipping label. The return-shipping label is not included in the box.

    Do I need to fill out a return form and put it in the box? If so, where do I get it?

    There is a packing slip that will print out along with the shipping label and this should be included in the box.
