Our Shipping Policy

We offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S. For orders under $50, shipping is $9.95 

Orders placed with FedEx Ground Shipping are processed within 1-2 business days. In addition to order processing time, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.

Please note, order processing and returns may take longer than usual right now due to a high volume of shipments. We’re working as fast as we can to get everything ready for you, and we will let you know by email when it’s on the way.

Please carefully review your order details before confirming- we cannot make changes or cancellations after an order is placed due to a high volume of orders.

*FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address. 

Our Return Policy

Need to return or exchange? Bernardo Fashions is dedicated to your satisfaction and we have a simple, streamlined return process! We offer FREE returns up to 15 days from shipping date. After 15 days from shipping date returns are $9.95. This will automatically be deducted from the total of your original order. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from shipping date. Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return
1. Complete and submit the online returns form below
You will need to access your order info to complete the form. Print out your packing slip and return shipping label.
2. Prepare your parcel enclosing the packing slip
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose your printed packing slip.
3. Attach the return label in a visible area on the parcel
Cut out your USPS shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, facing up. Please make sure to remove any old shipping labels and seal your package completely.
4. Ship the item
Drop your package off at any USPS office.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Final Sale items are non-refundable.
