We currently only ship within the continental US.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed with FedEx Ground Shipping are processed within 1-2 business days. In addition to order processing time, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.

Need it faster? We offer FedEx 3-business day shipping for and additional $12.

Three-business day shipping is processed with the below shipping timelines.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@bernardo-usa.com.

How do I track my order?
After your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking details.

How do I start a return?

Where can I find my order number?
This will be sent in an email immediately after completing checkout. If you are unable to locate it please reach out to support@bernardo-usa.com.

Where do I print a return label or is it in included in the box?
Once you visit the link above and enter your email address and order number this will prompt you to print your packing slip and prepaid return-shipping label. The return-shipping label is not included in the box.

Are returns free?
We offer FREE returns up to 15 days from shipping. After 15 days from shipping date returns are $9.95. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from shipping date.

Do I need to fill out a return form and put it in the box? If so, where do I get it?
There is a packing slip that will print out along with the shipping label and this should be included in the box.

Which carrier do you use for returns?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges; you must return the original item and place a new order.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
It typically takes around 3 weeks from the time your return is dropped off with USPS to receive the refund.
