How Ecoplume™ Insulation Works
The process transforms plastic waste into premium insulation through a multi-step recycling system:
- Plastic bottles are collected, cleaned, and broken into flakes
- Flakes are melted into pellets
- Pellets are spun into fine fibers
- Fibers are stretched, bonded, and lofted
- The result is soft, lightweight insulation with excellent heat retention
