Durable and cute rain jacket

"Lisa went above an beyond to help me finally get this nice jacket. Material is a nice weight and it will also pack down easily for traveling. Plenty of room to layer underneath and the tie for the hood is very secure. There was an issue with the first one I ordered getting delivered securely and Lisa made sure I was sent a replacement after looking at all of our options. The process understandably took a few weeks, but I really appreciate the customer support from this company and it's now the 3rd piece I own from them and will certainly keep my eye out for more in the future. Thank you again to Lisa!"
