Full Circle design rethinks every aspect of our garments’ creation, from how it’s made and how it’s packaged to where it goes at the end of its lifespan. We design new lines that are sustainable in nature, with state of the art, comfortable performance fabrics made from 100% recycled post-consumer material. This is bold fashion that performs.

Ecoplume™ Green transforms post-consumer plastic bottles into 100% recycled insulation with superior features and benefits. There’s 8.3 billion tons of plastic in the world, and we’re working to change that, one sustainable stylish coat at a time.

Step One
Plastic bottles are crushed and shredded into small flakes.
Step Two
The plastic flakes are heated and melted into pellets.
Step Three
Pellets are then heated and drawn out into filaments.
Step Four
Filaments are combined and stretched while being heated in order to bond fibers together.
Step Five
The thicker fibers are torn and fluffed into cozy insulation!
Using down and feathers from bedding and apparel at the end of its lifespan, we extract, process, and turn it back into filling for Ecoplume™ Luxe, our 100% Recycled Down Collection.
